Footscray to Niddrie — tight inner streets, terracotta roofs, where on-street placement with a council permit is more likely.
Deer Park to Sydenham — a long line through Melbourne's industrial heartland and Brimbank's post-war suburbs.
Werribee to Melton — one of Melbourne's fastest-growing areas, from our Truganina depot out to the city's western edge.
Also delivering to Bundoora, Whittlesea and Wallan. Their local pages are on the way. If your suburb isn't listed, call 0411 131 044 and we'll tell you straight away whether we can reach you.

Where the bin sits changes the booking.
Your suburb tells us the route. Where the bin lands tells us whether a council permit is needed.
On private property
If the bin sits entirely on your land — driveway, front yard, inside a fenced site — no council permit is needed.
- Driveway
- Front or back yard
- Inside a fenced site
Many suburban driveways can take a bin this way. Tell us about gates, carports or overhead wires when you book.
On council land
If the bin needs to sit on the nature strip or the road, a council permit is required. Bloom is accredited with every council in our service area, arranges it as part of your booking, and adds the cost to your final invoice.
- Nature strip
- Road or parking lane
Inner suburbs on the Inner North-West Line — Footscray, Yarraville, Braybrook, Essendon, Moonee Ponds, Niddrie — are more likely to need one, because off-street space is tighter. Tell us early so the permit is ready for your delivery date.
